Our Sevices Fees
At Delacroix Consulting, we always make our fees transparent, clear and understandable by all our customers. Depending on the project and its duration , our rates are charged per service /job, fixed rate, or hourly rate.
Services charges:

our rates are set in advance and are clear with not suprise

8% to 15% of the total value of orders and purchases of electronic products other than our own
(TV, DVD , accessories , etc.)
Minimum charge £125 and then we apply the commission. Hourly rate: £65 per hour

We charge £290 all customers who, having benefited from our services , decided for some reason, to stop their collaboration with our company.
Authentic Services

From day one to the last day, we work:

To obtain all administratives agreement

Deal with all parties involve to obtain the consent to install any TV system, IT, Phone, brioadband internet, audio voiideo, home cinema equipment and services

To assist and advice customer in decision making

To provide all assistance and support to find the right solution.
Premium Services

The complete services include :

Equipment services

authentic services
Supplement occuring when buying or order television, computers and any electrical goods by using our services.

15% of the total value of television, audio video and home cinema equipements, computer, and any electrical goods order with our assistance

8% of the total value of all other products and services purchased or order with our assistance
Contact Us today
We ask an upfront payment of £290 as a minimum advance to cover all our workloads. This payment is not refundable but can be add in futur services.
The minimum payment is made as services agreement by the client whether verbally, face-to-face, email, SMS, telephone or any other form of communication.
After an agreement of service is made by the client whether verbally, face-to-face, email, SMS, telephone or any other form of communication, a payment of £490 will be made by the customer to us in case for whatever reason, he/she decide to stop the project and the work undertaken by us in a unilateral breach of the service agreement for any reason to let him/her benefit from our expertise.
